🌱 Spring Reset: Now Accepting New Clients!

There’s something about this time of year that naturally invites a bit of a reset.

After a long winter of changing schedules, sick kids (am I right…?), darker days, and just getting through the week, spring can bring a little more light, energy, and perspective. It’s often a season where people start to reflect on how they’ve been feeling and what they might want more (or less) of moving forward.

Sometimes that looks like:

  • Wanting to feel less overwhelmed or anxious.

  • Goal-setting while reconnecting with yourself and your values.

  • Navigating parenthood or family dynamics.

  • Working on self-compassion and quieting the inner critic.

  • Having a space to talk through things that have been sitting in the background.

Therapy doesn’t always have to start when things feel like they’re falling apart. Often, it begins with a small nudge that something could feel lighter, clearer, or more aligned.

As we head into spring, I have openings for new clients!

My work over the last 5 years often focuses on supporting people with:

🌿 Anxiety and rumination
🌿 Life transitions and identity shifts
🌿 Parenthood and the mental load that comes with it
🌿 Self-compassion and inner critic work
🌿 Boundaries and relationships
🌿 Reconnecting with values & goal-setting

If this season feels like the right time to start therapy, or even just explore the idea, you’re always welcome to reach out!
