Make Way For Spring
Spring can be a season full of resetting for many of us, both within our physical spaces and mentally. Here are a few ideas of what you can do for a Spring reset that helps cultivate your inner wellness.
With Spring, I feel that it comes with both a bit of shedding and embracing. We may shed some of the habits we may have picked up in Winter that we wish to adjust. The embracing of the longer days again, mixed with the nicer weather, can lead us to crave more time outside and connection to others that we might not have had in the darker months.
With some Spring cleaning of both our physical and emotional spaces, what do you want to lean into (or less) this season? What can you shed/embrace?
