Winter Waitlist Openings for Counselling Therapy

As we move into the winter months, I’m opening a small number of spots on my waitlist for clients looking to begin therapy in the coming season.

Winter often has a way of slowing things down – and also bringing certain things to the surface. If you’ve been feeling stretched thin, emotionally heavy, disconnected from yourself, or quietly carrying more than you let on, this may be a supportive time to reach out.

I offer therapy for adults navigating (just to name a few):

  • Burnout and overwhelm

  • Life transitions and identity shifts

  • Parenting, Perinatal and postpartum mental health

  • Relationships, boundaries, and emotional regulation

  • The invisible mental and emotional load so many carry

Joining the waitlist doesn’t mean rushing into anything. It simply holds a place for you when space opens – gently, without pressure.

If you’ve been considering therapy and waiting for the “right time,” this may be your sign to take one small, caring step toward yourself.

Warmly,
Stephanie
