Happy Feet: A Secret To Pain Free Steps
Wearing wide toe box, flexible shoes is important for foot health and function. However, this is not always possible. Ski boots, cycling shoes, and high heels are a few examples of footwear that are suboptimal for your feet but you can’t really get around it (note: wearing heels once in a while for a special event is ok, but I don’t recommend wearing them on a daily basis).
There are things you can do to “un-do” the effects of having your foot cramped into a space. Here is a video of a quick flow you can do before or after you imprison your feet to keep them happy. Keep the foundation of your body working well by taking care of your feet and you may notice your whole posture changes.
